The Biocomp project partners were meet for the first time in person. This Erasmus+ project is focused on the identification of the most important competencies for workers in a bio-based economy and creating learning materials to develop them. The project started in November 2019 under the coordination of the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague (UCT), the Czech Republic. Other partners are from Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Greece, The Netherlands, and Romania, for more information please see our webpage https://biocompetences.eu.
The meeting was the first opportunity that all partners met and were able to resolve the necessary official issues. An official welcome by UCT Vice-rector for Education, professor Zdeněk Bělohlav began the meeting. After the introduction of the project team and partners, the Project handbook was presented.
After the workshop –teambuilding to find ideas for creating our promised outputs – we did a small walk through Advent Prague.
On the second day of the meeting, we spoke about the workshop results, discussed the Risk Management Plan, Dissemination, Partners´contrancts, Timesheets, and other important topics.
